For EDUC 398, Curriculum & Instruction in Math and Science Using ADST, one of the requirements was to complete the first unit of the Math Minds online course.
The foucs of the course is a teaching pedagogy that is not traditional or inquiry based. It’s described as the RaPID model.
Ra = Unraveling and reraveling of critical decernments
P = Prompting students to notice critical decernments
I = Interpreting whether or not students have a grasp on the new concept
D = Deciding whether to move forward in a lesson or take a step back

The course can be found here. Two additional units are offered and are recommended for after implementing the principals of the first unit.
